1.We will arrange the shipment in 24-48 hours after your order and full payment is made. But if your item is unfortunately out of stock, we will inform you immediately and hope you will choose other shoes, if you won't reply our email in time, your order will not be shipped out.

2.If the customer wants to return the order, there will be a 25% restocking fee to cover time spent and processing fees.

3.If you receive a product that is different than the product on your invoice, meaning we shipped the wrong item, we will exchange your product and cover all shipping and handling fees.please contact with before returning or exchanging merchandise.We do not issue exchanges if the customer alters the order.The customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees when exchanging merchandise.
